Bread Maker Buns

Here's a recipe for some really good buns! The dough is made in a bread-maker

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 3/4 cups bread flour
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 egg
• 3/4 to 7/8 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter

All ingredients should be room temperature except for the milk

1. Measure all ingredients into bread pan
2. Choose the dough setting on your bread maker
3. When the bread maker is finished, take out the dough and shape it into 16 even rounds
4. Bake at 350ºF for 25-30 minutes
5. Enjoy! Eating them fresh with lots of butter is really good!
