Here's a recipe for some really good buns! The dough is made in a bread maker!
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- 3/4 to 7/8 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
All ingredients should be room temperature except for the milk
- Measure all ingredients into bread pan
- Choose the dough setting on your bread maker
- When the bread maker is finished, take out the dough and shape it into 16 even rounds
- Bake at 350ºF for 25 to 30 minutes
- Enjoy! Eating them fresh with lots of butter is really good :)
