I'm a Genderqueer & Libramasculine transmasc bi-gay queer guy. I use ey/he pronouns. Although I identified as Nonbinary since I was 14 and was out-ish as bi, I first came out publically as trans at 18
I had been out at school for a few years, but I finally officially came out as genderqueer on Coming Out Day 2019 via a post on Facebook. It was a pretty simple post listing my new IRL name and my pronouns (he/they at the time). My mom was pretty upset with me for coming out via facebook rather than talking to her about it, but she came around pretty quickly.
This one was a huge deal for me! It required a lot of research and paperwork, and I ended up applying to my current job with my deadname only to have to tell them I have none of my documents because they had to be mailed in to change my name. I came out at work in the interview for that reason.
Once I was hired I pretty much stopped wearing dresses.
I only really started for that voice drop, and kinda regret the timing for going on T because if I had waited I could have gotten my top surgery a whole year sooner. The changes are good though, and I'm still on a low dose now.
I'm waiting to put a selfie up until I have a good one post-recovery. I'm currently only a week post-op but I am so so happy!
